Be sure to do all of this from the same device. If you get a " page not found", " unable to verify activation code", or " device changed" error page, please click and then use the portal link.Follow the steps in the video above and you should avoid this. This helps avoid a " device changed" error (which just means a change in cookies/browser, not literally the computer). Leave the browser window open when requesting a code and paste the code there when you receive it.Any time a new link is sent to you, previous links become invalid. Make sure you ONLY use the latest link.Because you're viewing your original invoice to get the download, you will see the price you already paid and it not a request for payment (and you would have to enter credit card information to be charged, I'm not saving card details).Once you're authenticated with DPD, you'll click the blue " view" button (which takes you to your invoice where you'll find a blue " download" button. When requesting an activation code, please allow up to 90 minutes for it to arrive. If you cannot find the link email in your spam folders or the email account used for purchase, you may request a new link be emailed to you via the blue button above.(You may also wish to search for this email address to find update emails that are buried.) ![]() If you do not add it to your known sender list, your email provider may put the updates into your spam folders. ![]() This is the “from” email address on all Lumenzia downloads. The update emails never come directly from Greg. Add to your “safe sender” list, and try searching for that address in your email. The most common reasons users cannot find update emails are: checking the wrong email address (as the registered email may not be your primary email) or the email is stuck in spam/promotions folder, or the user actually did not purchase Lumenzia (which is completely different from my free panel).
